PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES |
There are many ways we can work together to help you achieve your goals. For example, some clients train with a trainer 2, 3, or 4 times a week. Others get started with a trainer to design a program for them to do on their own and just see their trainer every 4-6 weeks to monitor progress and update their program. There are some clients who do a combination of both - they see their trainer once a week to ensure a tough workout and hold them accountable and the rest of the time they workout on their own.
These programs are offered as 30-40 minute or 50-60 minute sessions in packages of 12, 24, and 48 sessions. You have the flexibility to use the sessions as often as you want. |
