Our Programs



Senior Exercise PhotoWhether you want to improve athletic performance, rehab an injury, increase strength, improve flexibility, or decrease body fat we will customize a program to help you achieve results based on your goals, interests, fitness level, and financial budget.

There are many ways we can work together to help you achieve your goals. For example, some clients train with a trainer 2, 3, or 4 times

a week. Others get started with a trainer to design a program for them to do on their own and just see their trainer every 4-6 weeks to monitor progress and update their program. There are some clients who do a combination of both - they see their trainer once a week to ensure a tough workout and hold them accountable and the rest of the time they workout on their own.

These programs are offered as 30-40 minute or 50-60 minute sessions in packages of 12, 24, and 48 sessions. You have the flexibility to use the sessions as often as you want.
